Free Standard Shipping becomes available on orders of $9.99 or more. Free shipping is available only for items in our stock, not for items that are drop-shipped to you by others (see warehouses below for more information).
Because some items cost more to ship than others, free shipping is based not only on the amount of the order, but on the combined weight of the items purchased.
Shipping is free for non-bulky items weighing less than one pound on purchases of $9.99 or more. For each additional $10 purchase, the free-shipping weight increases by one pound, so we will ship up to two pounds free on a $19.99 purchase, three pounds free on a $29.99 purchase, and so on.
The maximum available free shipping credit for any order is $75.00. If total shipping costs exceed $75.00 we will contact you to find out whether you would like to pay the overage or modify your order to reduce shipping costs below the $75.00 maximum.
Free shipping is available only on orders shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and to military APO/FPO addresses. Some restrictions apply to third party shipments (see warehouses below). Offer not valid on products in the following categories: fresh or frozen foods; other perishable items; bird cages; bird playstands; table-top or floor-stand perches; outdoor bird enclosures or aviaries; aquariums/terrariums and stands.
